OpCon Web Installer (OWI)​

Download the OpCon Web Installer

The OpCon Web Installer (OWI) is a tool designed to make the process of installing and maintaining OpCon software easier. It has the ability to connect to the public distribution location of OpCon software automatically and download or install selected product components.

On-Prem Release FTP Access​

Downloads for available releases outside the scope of the OpCon Web Installer can be found with appropriate credentials through SMA FTP Files

LTS or Long-Term-Support (Indicated in Table)​

One release each calendar year containing both new features and defect fixes. Maintenance releases during the year will contain defect fixes but no new features.

STS or Short-Term-Support​

Multiple releases throughout the year. STS Releases include both new features and bug fixes. Patches with only bug fixes are not provided.

Supported On-Prem OpCon Releases​

On-Prem releases are supported for 3 years from the date of release. Releases that are no longer supported will not receive patches and technical support will be limited.
