Search Referrals

You can use this action to search for referrals related to a customer in Synapsys.

Input Fields​

  • Customer ID (Required)
  • Start Date (Optionally provide a start date to filter search results)
  • End Date (Optionally provide an end date to filter search results)

Output Fields​

This action outputs the following fields:

  • Referrals (A list of referral records which will contain some or all of the following properties)
    • Referral ID
    • Referral Date
    • Referral Status (e.g. Active)
    • Referral Comment
