Disabling User Logins

To disable a user login:

  1. Double-click on User Accounts under the Security topic. The User Accounts screen displays.
  2. Select a role in the Select Role drop-down list. Alternatively, you can use the Find ((Ctrl+F) magnifying glass) button to find the role.
  3. Select the Login disabled checkbox.
  4. Click Save     icon Save on the User Accounts toolbar.
  5. Click Close ☒ (to the right of the User Accounts tab) to close the User Accounts screen.

Keep in mind that manually disabling a user login also releases any Self Service license(s) associated with that user.
