What Is It?

Use this procedure to perform additional job procedures when working in the PERT View in Enterprise Manager.

Performing Additional Job Procedures

To perform additional job procedures, complete the following steps:

  1. Select PERT under the Operation topic.
  2. In the List and/or Matrix view, select the schedule that contains the job.
  3. In the PERT view, right-click the job box.
  4. Select Job from the menu, then select the active command to perform.

Result: The selected job command is applied.

If additional information is needed, go to the preferred Job procedure under Performing Job Procedures when Working in the Gantt View and start on Step 2.

Glossary

Schedule: A named container for jobs in OpCon, built for a specific date to create that day's automation. Schedules define build settings, frequencies, and the jobs that run within them.

Job: The fundamental unit of work in OpCon. A job defines what to run, on which machine, when to start, and what conditions must be met. Job results are tracked and can trigger events and notifications.
