Deleting Named Schedule Instance Exceptions

Delete Job Patterns

To delete a job pattern:

1. Double-click on Schedule Master under the Administration topic. The Schedule Master screen displays.
2. Select the schedule in the Schedule Selection drop-down list.
3. Click on the Instance Definition tab in the Schedule Details frame.
4. Select the instance name that is associated with the job pattern that needs deleting.
5. Select the job pattern to delete.
6. Click the Remove button.
7. Click Save on the Schedule Master toolbar to save the changes made.
8. Click Close ☒ (to the right of the Schedule Master tab) to close the Schedule Master screen.

Deleting Exception Rules

To delete an exception rule:

1. Double-click on Schedule Master under the Administration topic. The Schedule Master screen displays.
2. Select the schedule in the Schedule Selection drop-down list.
3. Click on the Instance Definition tab in the Schedule Details frame.
4. Select the instance name that is associated with the exception rule pattern that needs deleting.
5. Select the job pattern that is associated with the exception rule that needs deleting.
6. Select the exception rule to delete.
7. Click the Remove button.
8. Click Save on the Schedule Master toolbar to save the changes made.
9. Click Close ☒ (to the right of the Schedule Master tab) to close the Schedule Master screen. :::
