Managing Event Profiles

To create an event profile:

  1. Double-click on Machines Status under the Operation topic.
  2. Right-click on the preferred SAP R/3 and CRM machine name.
  3. Hover over SAP Machine in the right-click menu and click on Event Profiles. The SAP Event History Profiles dialog displays.
  4. Click the Create button. The Create New Profile dialog displays.
  5. Enter a profile description.
  6. Click the OK button. The SAP Event History Profile dialog displays.
  7. Set the criteria.
  8. Click the Create button.

To edit an event profile:

  1. Double-click on Machines Status under the Operation topic.
  2. Right-click on the preferred SAP R/3 and CRM machine name.
  3. Hover over SAP Machine in the right-click menu and click on Event Profiles. The SAP Event History Profiles dialog displays.
  4. Select the SAP profile in the list.
  5. Click the Edit button. The SAP Event History Profile dialog displays.
  6. Edit the criteria.
  7. Click the Save button.

To activate an event profile:

  1. Double-click on Machines Status under the Operation topic.
  2. Right-click on the preferred SAP R/3 and CRM machine name.
  3. Hover over SAP Machine in the right-click menu and click on Event Profiles. The SAP Event History Profiles dialog displays.
  4. Select the SAP profile in the list.
  5. Click the Activate button.

To deactivate an event profile:

  1. Double-click on Machines Status under the Operation topic.
  2. Right-click on the preferred SAP R/3 and CRM machine name.
  3. Hover over SAP Machine in the right-click menu and click on Event Profiles. The SAP Event History Profiles dialog displays.
  4. Select the SAP profile in the list.
  5. Click the Deactivate button.

To delete an event profile:

  1. Double-click on Machines Status under the Operation topic.
  2. Right-click on the preferred SAP R/3 and CRM machine name.
  3. Hover over SAP Machine in the right-click menu and click on Event Profiles. The SAP Event History Profiles dialog displays.
  4. Select the SAP profile in the list.
  5. Click the Delete button. :::
