Copying Schedules
To copy a schedule:
- Double-click on Schedule Master under the Administration topic. The Schedule Master screen displays.
- Select a schedule in the Schedule drop-down list. Alternatively, click on the Find button to locate the schedule.
- Click the Copy Schedule button on the Schedule Master toolbar. The Copy Schedule dialog displays.
- Enter the New Schedule Name.
- Unselect the Copy Jobs checkbox if the jobs from the current schedule should not be copied into the new schedule (it is selected by default).
- Unselect Copy Schedule Privileges checkbox if the schedule privileges from the current schedule are not required on the new schedule (it is selected by default).
- Click OK.
- Click Close ☒ (to the right of the Schedule Master tab) to close the Schedule Master screen. :::
