Managing Interception Profiles

To create an interception profile:

  1. Double-click on Machines Status under the Operation topic.
  2. Right-click on the preferred SAP R/3 and CRM machine name.
  3. Hover over SAP Machine in the right-click menu and click on Interception Profiles. The SAP Interception Profiles dialog displays.
  4. Click the Create button. The Create New Profile dialog displays.
  5. Enter a profile description.
  6. Click the OK button. The SAP Interception Profile dialog displays.
  7. Set the criteria.
  8. Click the Create button.

To edit an interception profile:

  1. Double-click on Machines Status under the Operation topic.
  2. Right-click on the preferred SAP R/3 and CRM machine name.
  3. Hover over SAP Machine in the right-click menu and click on Interception Profiles. The SAP Interception Profiles dialog displays.
  4. Select the SAP profile in the list.
  5. Click the Edit button. The SAP Interception Profile dialog displays.
  6. Edit the criteria.
  7. Click the Save button.

To activate an interception profile:

  1. Double-click on Machines Status under the Operation topic.
  2. Right-click on the preferred SAP R/3 and CRM machine name.
  3. Hover over SAP Machine in the right-click menu and click on Interception Profiles. The SAP Interception Profiles dialog displays.
  4. Select the SAP profile in the list.
  5. Click the Activate button.

To deactivate an interception profile:

  1. Double-click on Machines Status under the Operation topic.
  2. Right-click on the preferred SAP R/3 and CRM machine name.
  3. Hover over SAP Machine in the right-click menu and click on Interception Profiles. The SAP Interception Profiles dialog displays.
  4. Select the SAP profile in the list.
  5. Click the Deactivate button.

To delete an interception profile:

  1. Double-click on Machines Status under the Operation topic.
  2. Right-click on the preferred SAP R/3 and CRM machine name.
  3. Hover over SAP Machine in the right-click menu and click on Interception Profiles. The SAP Interception Profiles dialog displays.
  4. Select the SAP profile in the list.
  5. Click the Delete button. :::
