Managing Event Driven Automation

To add a trigger:

  1. Double-click on Machines Status under the Operation topic.
  2. Right-click on the preferred SAP R/3 and CRM machine name.
  3. Hover over SAP Machine in the right-click menu and click on Event Driven Automation. The SAP Event Driven Automation dialog displays.
  4. Click the Add button. The Create New Trigger dialog displays.
  5. Enter a trigger name.
  6. Click the OK button. The SAP Event Driven Automation dialog displays.
  7. Select an event in the Event Id drop-down menu.
  8. (Optional) Enter any required parameters in the Parameters text box.
  9. Add the OpCon Events.
  10. Click the OK button.
  11. Click the Save button.

To edit a trigger:

  1. Double-click on Machines Status under the Operation topic.
  2. Right-click on the preferred SAP R/3 and CRM machine name.
  3. Hover over SAP Machine in the right-click menu and click on Event Driven Automation. The SAP Event Driven Automation dialog displays.
  4. Select the trigger in the list.
  5. Click the Edit button. The SAP Event Driven Automation dialog displays.
  6. Edit the settings.
  7. Click the OK button.
  8. Click the Save button.

To remove a trigger:

  1. Double-click on Machines Status under the Operation topic.
  2. Right-click on the preferred SAP R/3 and CRM machine name.
  3. Hover over SAP Machine in the right-click menu and click on Event Driven Automation. The SAP Event Driven Automation dialog displays.
  4. Select the trigger in the list.
  5. Click the Remove button.
  6. Click the Save button. :::
