What Is It?
The Documentation frame in Job Master supports hyperlinks — file paths or URLs — that open directly from Enterprise Manager. This allows operators and engineers to attach reference documents or web resources to a job definition.
To enter and open a hyperlink, complete the following steps:
- Select on Job Master under the Administration topic. The Job Master screen displays
- Select the schedule in the Schedule list
- Select the job in the Job list
- Select the Documentation tab in the Job Properties frame
- Enter the file path or URL (e.g., www.smatechnologies.com) in the Documentation frame
- Select the file path or URL. The Open dialog displays
- Select Yes to open the file :::
