Creating and Saving Custom Diagrams

The PERT view in Enterprise Manager lets you rearrange job boxes into a custom layout and save the result as a PNG image. Use this procedure when you need a snapshot of a schedule's job dependencies in a specific visual arrangement.

To create and save a custom diagram, complete the following steps:

1. Select PERT under the Operation topic. The PERT screen displays.
2. Select the Schedule that contains the jobs you want to diagram.
3. Drag the job boxes into the preferred arrangement.
4. Select Take Screenshot on the PERT toolbar. The Image Preview dialog displays.
5. Select Save. A file dialog opens — choose a location and file name, then confirm to save the image as a .png file.
6. Select Cancel to close the Image Preview dialog without saving, if needed.
