Deleting Profiles

Deleting a connection profile permanently removes it from Enterprise Manager. The profile cannot be recovered after deletion. Confirm that the profile is no longer needed before proceeding.

Delete a Connection Profile

To delete a connection profile, complete the following steps:

  1. Open Enterprise Manager.
  2. Go to EnterpriseManager > Preferences.
  3. In the Preferences tree, select the expand arrow next to Enterprise Manager.
  4. Select Connection Profiles.
  5. Select the profile you want to delete.
  6. Select Remove.
  7. In the confirmation dialog, select Yes to confirm the deletion or No to cancel.
  8. Select Apply to save the change, or select OK to save and close the Preferences dialog.

Result: The profile is permanently removed from Enterprise Manager and no longer appears in the Connection Profiles list.
