Merging Schedules

It is possible to merge two existing schedules together. This process will combine the jobs of both schedules into the one schedule.

To merge schedules:

  1. Double-click on Schedule Master under the Administration topic. The Schedule Master screen displays.
  2. Select a schedule in the Schedule drop-down list. Alternatively, click on the Find button to locate the schedule.
  3. Click the Merge Schedule button on the Schedule Master toolbar. The Merge Schedules dialog displays.
  4. Select in the drop-down list the schedule to be merged to the current schedule.
  5. Click OK to save the changes or click Cancel to discard the changes.
  6. Click Close ☒ (to the right of the Schedule Master tab) to close the Schedule Master screen. :::
