Viewing Additional Job Information

The Enterprise Manager Job Master editor provides three toolbar buttons for viewing supplemental information about a selected job: cross-references, audit records, and run history. Use these buttons to investigate job dependencies, review change history, and inspect past run results without leaving the editor.

View Additional Job Information

To view additional information for a job, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to Administration and select Job Master.
  2. Select a schedule from the Schedule list.
  3. Select a job from the Job list.
  4. Select the Cross References button on the toolbar to view other objects that reference the job, then select OK to close the dialog.
  5. Select the View Audit button on the toolbar to view the audit record for changes made to the job, then select Close.
  6. Select the View Job History button on the toolbar to view the run history for the job, then select Close.

Result: You have reviewed cross-references, audit records, and run history for the selected job.
