List Schedule Build Logs

What Is It?

The Schedule Build Logs tab displays log files generated by schedule build operations. Use it to review build activity in the browser, open a single log for its details and contents, or download a log for offline analysis.

The Schedule Build Logs tab is one of three tabs on the Logs page, alongside Application Logs and Archives.

To view this tab, you must be a member of a role with at least one of the following privileges:

  • All Function Privileges
  • View Schedule Build Log

How It Works

The Schedule Build Logs tab lists log files in a grid with the following columns:

DateThe date and time the log file was last updated.
NameThe log file name.
SizeThe log file size.

Filtering and sorting

Sort the list by selecting a column header. Filter the list by entering text in the Name field or the Size field (case insensitive), or by entering a date range in the Date field.

Log File Details

Select a row to open the Log File Details page, which shows the log file's description and contents.

Download a log file

Select the download Download button button to download a copy of the log file.

Glossary

Schedule: A named container for jobs in OpCon, built for a specific date to create that day's automation. Schedules define build settings, frequencies, and the jobs that run within them.

Role: A named security profile in OpCon that groups privileges together. Roles are assigned to user accounts to control which features, schedules, jobs, machines, and administrative functions a user can access.

Privilege: A specific permission granted through an OpCon role that controls access to a feature, function, or object type. Privileges are organized into categories such as Function Privileges, Machine Privileges, Schedule Privileges, and Access Codes.

Solution Manager: OpCon's browser-based graphical user interface for managing automation data, performing operational actions, and administering the system.
