Receiving Installation Details

In order to receive Enterprise Manager Installation details (e.g., provider information, plug-in names and identification, version numbers), the Installation details setup first needs to be initiated in the Enterprise Manager Preferences.

To get details about the installation:

  1. Click Help on the menu bar at the top of the application.
  2. Select About OpCon EnterpriseManager to open the Contact Information dialog.
  3. Click the Installation Details button to open the OpCon Enterprise Manager Installation Details dialog.
  4. (Optional) Click on any column heading to sort the information (up arrow is Ascending and down arrow is descending).
  5. (Optional) Click the Columns button. The Configure Column dialog displays.
  6. Select the column name.
  7. Enter the required width in the Width of selected column text box.
  8. Click OK to save the change.
  9. (Optional) Click on the Plug-in whose information is required then click the Show Signing Info button to view signing information.
  10. (Optional) Click on the Plug-in whose information is required then click the Legal Info button to display the legal information related to the plug-in.
  11. Click on the Configuration tab (top-left side of dialog) to view Configuration details.
  12. (Optional) Click the Copy to Clipboard button if required.
  13. (Optional) Click the View Error Log button if required and select a program to open the file (e.g., Notepad).
  14. Click the Close button to close the OpCon Enterprise Manager Installation Details dialog.
  15. Click the OK button to close the Contact Information dialog.
