What Is It?
The Installation Details dialog in Enterprise Manager displays plug-in names, version numbers, provider information, and signing data for the current installation. This information is used when reporting issues to support.
To receive Enterprise Manager installation details (e.g., provider information, plug-in names and identification, version numbers), initiate the Installation details setup in Enterprise Manager Preferences first.
To get details about the installation, complete the following steps:
- Select Help on the menu bar
- Select About OpCon EnterpriseManager to open the Contact Information dialog
- Select the Installation Details button to open the OpCon Enterprise Manager Installation Details dialog
- (Optional) Select any column heading to sort the information (up arrow = ascending, down arrow = descending)
- (Optional) Select the Columns button to open the Configure Column dialog, select the column name, enter the required width in the Width of selected column text box, and select OK
- (Optional) Select a Plug-in and select Show Signing Info to view signing information
- (Optional) Select a Plug-in and select Legal Info to view legal information for that plug-in
- Select the Configuration tab (top-left) to view configuration details
- (Optional) Select Copy to Clipboard if required
- (Optional) Select View Error Log if required and choose a program to open the file (e.g., Notepad)
- Select Close to close the OpCon Enterprise Manager Installation Details dialog
- Select OK to close the Contact Information dialog

Enterprise Manager (EM): OpCon's rich client graphical user interface for Windows and Linux, used to define schedules and jobs, manage automation data, and perform operational tasks.
OpCon: Continuous' workflow automation platform. The OpCon server includes the database, SAM and Supporting Services (SAM-SS), and graphical user interfaces. agents installed on target platforms run jobs and report results.
