Deleting Access Codes

If the need arises to delete an access code, there are several required procedures.

Revoke an Access Code

  1. Double-click on Access Code Privileges under the Security topic. The Access Code Privileges screen displays.
  2. Select a role in the Select Role drop-down list. Alternatively, you can use the Find ((Ctrl+f) magnifying glass) button to search for the role.
  3. Select all access codes listed in the Granted list box (shift/click to select multiple items).
  4. Click the left arrow to move all access codes to the Revoked list box.
  5. Repeat the Steps 2 - 4 for all roles with privileges for the access code to be deleted.
  6. Click Close ☒ (to the right of the Access Codes Privileges tab) to close the Access Codes Privileges screen.

Remove the Access Code from the Daily Tables

  1. Double-click on Daily Maintenance under the Administration topic. The Daily Maintenance screen displays.
  2. Click on the Expand arrow to expand the specific date.
  3. Click on the Expand arrow to expand the specific schedule.
  4. Click on the job.
  5. Click on the Edit Daily button. The Job Daily screen displays.
  6. Go to the Job Details frame.
  7. Select <None> or a different access code in the Access Code drop-down list.
  8. Click Save icon Save on the Job Daily toolbar.
  9. Repeat Steps 3 - 8 for all jobs assigned to the access code to be deleted.
  10. Click Close ☒ (to the right of the Job Daily tab) to close the Job Daily screen.

Remove the Access Code from the Master Tables

  1. Click on the Edit Master button. The Job Master screen displays.
  2. Select the schedule in the Schedule drop-down list.
  3. Select the job in the Job drop-down list.
  4. In the Job details frame:
  5. Select <None> or a different access code in the Access Code drop-down list .
  6. Click Save icon Save on the Job Master toolbar.
  7. Repeat Steps 3 - 6 for all jobs assigned to the access code to be deleted.
  8. Click Close ☒ (to the right of the Job Master tab) to close the Job Master screen.

Delete Access Codes

  1. Double-click on Access Codes under the Security topic. The Access Codes screen displays.
  2. Select an access code in the Select Access Code drop-down list.
  3. Click Remove icon Remove on the Access Codes toolbar.
  4. Click the Yes button to confirm the deletion or click the No button to cancel the deletion.
  5. Click Close ☒ (to the right of the Access Codes tab) to close the Access Codes screen.
