Viewing Additional Access Code Information

To view additional information:

1. Double-click on Access Codes under the Security topic. The Access Codes screen displays.
2. Select the access code in the Select Access Code drop-down list.
3. Click the Cross Reference button on the toolbar to refer to a list of jobs.
4. Click OK.
5. Click the View Audit button on the toolbar to view audit records for changes to the access code.
6. Click Close. :::
