The Support dialog includes contact and product version information. Note the version information before contacting support.

To gather support info, complete the following steps:

  1. Select on Support under the Support topic. The Support dialog displays
  2. Note the Continuous Contact Information and Production Information
  3. Select the OK button to close the dialog :::
