What Is It?

Merging two schedules combines all jobs from both into a single schedule.

To merge schedules, complete the following steps:

  1. Select on Schedule Master under the Administration topic. The Schedule Master screen displays
  2. Select a schedule in the Schedule list, or select the Find button to locate it
  3. Select the Merge Schedule button on the Schedule Master toolbar. The Merge Schedules dialog displays
  4. Select the schedule to merge into the current schedule
  5. Select OK to save or Cancel to discard
  6. Select Close ☒ to close the Schedule Master screen
