What Is It?​

The details of any escalation can be viewed and copied to the clipboard before acknowledging the notification.

To view escalations, complete the following steps:

  1. Select on Escalation Acknowledgment under the Operation topic. The Escalation Acknowledgment screen displays
  2. Select on an escalation. The Notification Details dialog displays
  3. (Optional) Select Copy To Clipboard to copy the notification details
  4. (Optional) Select Open external editor to open a text editor (e.g., Notepad) to preserve the notification details
  5. Close the Notification Details dialog when done
