Working with Management
The Management topic in the Enterprise Manager Navigation Panel provides access to views for auditing database changes, reviewing job and schedule history, configuring notifications, and managing reports.

Management Views
The Management topic contains the following views, listed in navigation order:
| View | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Audit Management | Displays the history of user updates to the OpCon database, filterable by category, user, and date range. |
| History Management | Displays schedule and job history records. |
| Notification Manager | Configures triggers, groups, and escalation rules for machine, schedule, and job status notifications. |
| Report Management | Adds, edits, deletes, and views BIRT report specifications stored in the database. |
Access Requirements
Access to Management views is controlled by the privileges assigned to your OpCon role. Contact your system administrator if you need access to a view that is not available to you.
