Accessing and Updating Profile Settings

The Profile page in Solution Manager lets you update personal account details, manage external tokens, and configure display and application preferences. The page is organized into four tabs, each covering a distinct set of settings.

Profile tabs

TabPurpose
AccountUpdate your full name, notes, comments, password, and event password.
External TokenGenerate and manage external tokens for API authentication.
SettingsConfigure display preferences such as date format and theme.
Application SettingsConfigure application-level preferences for Solution Manager.

Open the Profile page

To open the Profile page, complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to Solution Manager.

  2. Select the user profile button in the navigation menu.

Result: The Profile page opens, displaying the Account tab by default.

  1. Select the tab for the settings you want to update.
