FAQs
Q: Can a deleted Schedule or Job be recovered?
No. Deleting a Schedule or Job permanently removes it from the current day's automation. Verify the Schedule or Job is no longer needed before deleting it.
Q: How many Schedules or Jobs can you delete at once?
You can select multiple dates, Schedules, or Jobs in the grid before you delete. Select all of the items you want to remove, select the Delete button on the right-side panel, then select Yes to confirm.
Q: Why is the Delete button disabled?
The Delete button is disabled when a Schedule contains a running Job or when a Job is in the Running state. Wait for the Job to finish, or take the appropriate action on the running Job, then try again.
