What Is It?
Use this procedure to add Calendars in Solution Manager.
To add a user-defined calendar, complete the following steps:
- Select the Add button. The Calendar dialog displays
- Enter a name in the Name field
- (Optional) Enter a description in the Description field
- (Optional) Add dates to the calendar. To remove all dates, select Clear
- Select Save to save the calendar or Cancel to discard changes

Q: How do you save a new calendars record?
After completing the required fields, select the Save button on the toolbar to save the calendars record.
Glossary
Calendar: A named collection of dates in OpCon used by schedules and frequencies to determine eligibility. Calendars can mark days to include or exclude from schedule builds.
OpCon: Continuous' workflow automation platform. The OpCon server includes the database, SAM and Supporting Services (SAM-SS), and graphical user interfaces. Agents installed on target platforms run jobs and report results.
Resource: A numeric variable in OpCon representing a finite pool. Jobs can be configured to require a set number of resource units to run, limiting concurrent executions and preventing resource contention.
Solution Manager: OpCon's browser-based graphical user interface for managing automation data, performing operations, and building self-service requests. Accessible from any modern web browser.
